Parent Teacher Conferences

Parent Teacher Conferences - Thursday, March 19 & Friday, March 20

• The Parent Teacher Conferences run on Thursday, March 19, 4:30 PM - 7:30 PM, and Friday, March 20, 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM. The conferences will be conducted in-person on both dates. 
• Parents/Guardians will be able to book conference meetings with teachers beginning Friday, March 13 at 8:00 AM through MyCBE, ending on Wednesday, March 18  at 11:59 PM
• Please use the My School Conferences app to select your child’s teachers and book available time slots. If a teacher has no openings, please email them directly to arrange an alternate meeting time if needed.
• Teachers at Ian Bazalgette School are always available for conversation via email and are happy to discuss student learning and progress toward course outcomes.
• We also encourage parents to regularly check their MyCBE accounts for up-to-date information on grades and attendance. With 24/7 access, we hope this helps support ongoing learning conversations at home.

If you would like to see Ms. Miller (Student Services) during parent/teacher conferences, please email her at talmiller@cbe.ab.ca to book a time.  Appointments are not necessary but strongly suggested to ensure a meeting time is available.
