The Parent-Teacher Conferences run on Thursday, November 28 (4:30 p.m.- 7:30 p.m.) and Friday, November 29 (8:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.) The conferences will be conducted in-person on both dates. 

Online booking of conference meetings with teachers begins Thursday, November 21 at 6:00 a.m. through MyCBE ending on Wednesday, November 27 at 11:59 p.m. There is an app there called My School Conferences. Parents should click on it and then select their child's teachers and book time slots for them. Should there be no available bookings for a particular teacher, parents should email the teacher directly and attempt to set up a meeting (if necessary) on another date. 

A reminder that teachers at Ian Bazalgette School are available for a conversation at any point by connecting with them through e-mail. Teachers are always happy to discuss their students' learning and setting up students for successful completion of course outcomes. 

Another friendly reminder for parents is that they should be checking their MyCBE accounts to look at their child's achievement in their courses and regularly check attendance. Our teachers consistently update PowerSchool grades and parents have 24/7 access to MyCBE. We hope that by having this access, conversations between parents and students will occur regularly at home regarding the learning occurring in classrooms.
