Fees will be charged to your MyCBE account beginning in October. School fees are due when assigned.
Annual system fees are set each year when the operating budget is passed by the Board of Trustees. To keep fees as low as possible, the CBE is committed to being as efficient as possible in the provision of services. The costs of providing the services include direct labour and supplies, as well as the cost of fee waivers and uncollectible accounts.
It is important to know that we have a waiver process for families who cannot afford to pay the fees.
For the 2025-2026 school year, a student supplies fee will apply to all students in Kindergarten through Grade 6. The fee offsets the cost of purchasing supplies like pens, pencils, and erasers so that students have the tools to learn from their first day in class.
Student supplies fees will be assigned mid-October 2025.

Bus Eligible Students Riding Calgary Transit
(Erin Woods and parts of Dover)
If your registered address is outside of our walk zone but within our school’s attendance area (please see our walk zone map in the office or online, your student is eligible for a Calgary Transit rebate up to a maximum of $549 per year from the purchase price of $70/month, reducing the cost to as low as $151/year.
Details of the program are not yet available. Please keep your receipts and bus passes, as more information will be posted on the CBE website and through the school when it becomes available.
