Our casino and fundraising position is open/available for one or two parents to take over at this time. Please consider helping out at school level by taking on this position at our next Parent Council meeting on Feb. 27.

Reminder: Science Program Registration

Please not that students currently in the Science Program here at Ian Bazalgette will be automatically re-enrolled into the program next year, and therefore families do not need to enter an Expression of Interest on SchoolEngage.

Reminder: Semester 2 School Fees

Semester 2 Option fees have been applied MyCBE Accounts.

Please review your account as soon as possible and submit payment accordingly.  All applicable school fees for 2023-2024 to-date have been posted.

If you have yet to create a MyCBE Account, please go to the CBE Website’s main page, scroll down to where you will see the heading MyCBE—Register for services, pay fees, view academic information & book school conferences.  You may also pay in person at the school office during school hours by POS (debit or credit card), cheque or cash (exact amount, change is not available). 

Should you have concerns or wish to arrange a payment plan to make installments from now until the end of the school year, please email your request / requirements to Ms. Ditlof at slditlof@cbe.ab.ca.

Note:  Fee Waivers do not cover non-curricular goods & services, field trips, extra-curricular/ co-curricular activities or option course user fees.

Reminder: Got Lunch? 

We remain a closed campus at lunchtime. We want to remind families that students need to bring their lunch or eat the lunches provided by school. We are not able to provide access to microwaves for student use. As a reminder, we are not able to receive Skip the Dishes, Door Dash, Uber Eats, etc. in the main office. The driver will be asked to return the delivery to the restaurant.
